Apple sues one 'knock-off' maker, defends against another

Wed, Nov 25, 2009 - Apple has sued a third-party MacBook power adapter manufacturer and alleged it has violated patented designs, and also, in a separate trial, appealed to move its ongoing defense against clone iPod maker Luxpro to a California court. ( 57 comments )

Luxpro finally sues Apple to defend iPod shuffle clone

Wed, Oct 15, 2008 - Living up to a promise it made in January 2007, Taiwanese electronics maker Luxpro has at last filed a lawsuit against Apple claiming that the American company was plotting a multinational scheme when it sued Luxpro over its iPod shuffle doppelganger. ( 21 comments )
