MacMall today is offering discounts of up to $600 on Apple's latest desktop and notebook offerings. OnSale.com is holding an iPod sale that includes free gifts. Microsoft is effectively offering $100 off Mac Office 2008. Amazon.com has slashed prices on digital cameras and HDTVs. And Buy.com and Parallels are also holding strong sales.

    MacMall

As part of its Black Friday sale, MacMall is offering $29 off the 8GB iPod touch, $39 off the 16GB iPod touch, $24 off the 80GB black iPod classic, $14 off the 4GB silver third-generation iPod nano, $19 off each of the 8GB third-generation iPod nanos, and $7 off the updated second-generation iPod shuffles.

MacMall is also offering between $64 and $600 off select Apple notebooks and desktops, including $200 off the new 2.8GHz aluminum 24-inch iMac, $171 off the 2.4GHz aluminum 24-inch iMac, $145 off 2.4GHz aluminum 20-inch iMac, and $64 off the 2.0GHz aluminum 20-inch iMac.

MacMall has also discounted the 1.83GHz and 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo Mac minis by $55, and the Quad-Core 2.66GHz Mac Pro by $264.

Readers should be aware that MacMall also lists several other discounted Mac systems, but those units are previous-generation models.

    OnSale.com

OnSale.com is holding a 48 hour iPod sale which includes $30 off the 8GB iPod touch, $40 off the 16GB iPod touch, $20 off the 8GB iPod classic, $20 off the 16GB iPod classic, $14 off the 4GB iPod nano, and $20 off the 8GB iPod nano.

In addition, OnSale.com is throwing in a free case and FM transmitter with each order.

Save $100 on Office 2008 today only

Microsoft's Mac Business Unit is kicking off the holiday shopping season by offering its "Best Friday Deal" on its Office productivity suite, as AppleInsider mentioned earlier in the week.

If you purchase a qualifying copy of Mac Office 2004 today -- and today only -- you are eligible for a $100 rebate. However, you're also automatically qualified for the company's existing Super Suite deal, which offers a free copy of the upcoming Office 2008 for Mac Special Edition for the cost of shipping and handling when you purchase Mac Office 2004 between November 1, 2007 and January 14, 2008. So, essentially, you're saving $100 off the cost of Office 2008 and getting a free copy of Office 2004 in the interim.

    Office TBF

To take advantage of both these offers, simply purchase Office 2004 for Mac Standard Edition, Office 2004 for Mac Standard Edition Upgrade, or Office 2004 for Mac Student and Teacher Edition from an authorized reseller like Amazon.com today. (Your receipt must be dated today, Friday, November 23, 2007.) Then print and complete the Super Suite Deal Redemption Form [pdf] and the Best Friday Deal $100 Rebate Form [pdf].

    Parallels

Parallels is selling a $109.99 bundle that includes 2 copies of Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac + a free $25 iTunes Gift Card ($50 savings). It's also offering a free $15 iTunes Gift Card with the purchase of a single copy of the $79 Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac.

Also offered is $50 off Parallels Workstation + free Compressor Workstation, and $70 off 2 copies of Parallels Workstation + free Compressor Workstation.

    Amazon.com

Meanwhile, online mega-retailer Amazon.com is also holding a Black Friday sale.
